I am so glad we found this hotel and would happily stay again, all staff were so friendly. Purified water and re fillable bottles on each floor was also an added bonus and very welcome as the weather was very warm during our visit. The lounge and terrace area on 27th floor was an added bonus with tea and coffee facilities and I must not forget to mention the great views. Coffee maker provided which you can just use for hot water and make tea. The room was fantastic - very clean and spacious with the small kitchen area and table and bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is on request and you can text the number provided and you can request this - we done this a couple of times and encountered no problems at all. Helpful staff member on arrival who helped us check in - it was a bit later and we were tired after a long day of travelling. We booked a Superior room with kitchen and couldn't have been happier with our choice - we had a room on 16th floor, I had contacted the hotel before hand to ask for a room with corner windows and a street view and they were able to fulfil my request.
